Mike Walton uses Clinical Hypnotherapy to help clients to achieve success in a  range of issues such as:-

  • Anxiety
  • Stop Smoking
  • Weight Control / Loss
  • HypnoBand Weight Loss System
  • Relaxation (Mind Massage)
  • Building Confidence.
  • Enhancing Sport Performance, Golf is a specialty
  • Addiction issues, drugs sugar and alcohol in particular
  • Phobias (such as  spiders, public speaking, flying, heights, and many more)

One of the great things about Hypnotherapy is that not only do the clients enjoy fast and appreciable gains in their specific issues, through the relaxation and control gained during the sessions they often have a more holistic sense of control and understanding in their life as a whole.

Contrary to popular belief, largely due to stage hypnosis “shows” you do not lose control of your will when you are in the famous ‘trance’ state. The actual trance state is a pleasant focused relaxation (often commented on by clients as the best relaxation they have had for years) where you still have awareness.

It is important to note that no hypnotist can make anyone do something they do not WANT to do.

However, whilst in this relaxed state your unconscious mind is open to the suggestions and techniques used to help you achieve the clients goals and objectives.

I saw an article about the Hypno-Band in the local newspaper. After reading about it further on the internet, I contacted Mike and made arrangements to visit him.

I now realise the importance of eating healthily and also the importance of daily exercise, something I hadn’t given much though to for most of my adult life.

I have lost 3 stone and 6lbs in 16 weeks and feel wonderful.

Thanks Mike for helping me believe in myself again and for helping me achieve in a few weeks something that I have tried, unsuccessfully, to do for the last 30 years.
